DUE TO THE SHELTER IN PLACE ORDER ISSUED IN RESPONSE TO COVID-19 BY GOVERNOR GAVIN NEWSOM AND THE SANTA CLARA COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT, THIS MEETING WILL BE HELD VIA ZOOM WEBINAR OR TELECONFERENCE ONLY AS PERMITTED BY THE GOVERNOR’S EXECUTIVE ORDER N-29-20, SECTION 3.
